• "Software" refers to the Moddy project, including all source code, documentation, assets, and associated files.
• "Author" refers to the Moddy project and its contributors.

You are granted the right to:

• Use the Software for personal or non-commercial projects.
• Modify the Software and create derivative works for personal or non-commercial purposes.
• Redistribute the Software or derivative works, provided that the conditions below are met.

Any use, modification, or redistribution must comply with the following:

• Attribution required — You must give appropriate credit to Moddy, include a link to the original repository, and indicate if changes were made. This credit must appear both in the source code and in a location accessible to end users (for example: an "About" page, a credits section, a README, a bot command, or any other visible area of the project). This applies to any use of the Software, whether in whole or in part.
• Non-association — Credit to Moddy does not imply any form of endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with your project, product, or practices.
